Just a quick image to hold you over until tomorrow when I have more time to post the images from today’s TORONTO SQUARED exhibit, with photography by Rannie Turingan.

I took lots and lots of photos with my little camera. And boy, do these guys have cameras. When I grow up I want to have a good camera too.

Dream Sequence with my mother

Today I went to see my mother, who’s in pretty sorry shape at the moment. While I was there I got to take a few pictures.

If you click on the picture you’ll see what we were doing at the time, but don’t click on it unless you’re on cable or broadband since the larger image is over 200K.

According to the doctor, she doesn’t have too much time left. Perhaps she’ll surprise us all and outlive me. I’m sure we’ve all heard of that kinda thing happening… “you’ll be crippled for the rest of your life”, he recalls as he hops on the ski lift again.

I did want to get some pictures because I have nothing current. And I didn’t want the next picture I have to be a casket photo. So here we go. My thinking may be a little morbid at this moment, but the situation brought that out in me.
