These are fun and anybody can do it, you don’t have to be a graphics genius.
Then you can email them to all your friends so they can go create one too. They have more than just Christmas ones. I also send them out for birthdays 
At the place where I just finished working, one of the managers was celebrating his 50th birthday. Since I was working on their charitable campaigns, I also got to take pictures of the different events, so he didn’t find it strange that I asked to take his picture.
Once that was done, I uploaded the picture and created a hippie one for him, since he was born in the 50s.
